Dealing with emergency situations

The final thing to include in your party plan, and the most important, is to have a plan on what to do in case of an unforeseen emergency. Remember, everyone at your event is your responsibility.

If an emergency arises during your event, try to stay as calm as possible and focus on the problem at hand. This will help you think more clearly. This is another factor to consider when choosing your staff. Make sure that you choose people who you believe would remain calm in an emergency. Finally, be sure you and your staff know how to deal with any foreseeable situation that may present itself.
