Violence at the Event

If a guest becomes violent, don't hesitate to call the police. Under Missouri law, you do not have to call police when violence occurs at your event. However, you may be civilly liable if anything happens at your event. If, for instance, someone has been behaving violently all night and no one has asked them to leave or called the police, and they injure someone, you could be liable. So, if violence occurs at your event it is recommended that you call police.

How to Manage Problem Guests
